It does not make clear that Bill Gates is not the Richest anymore

Should have been- Bill Gates Not the Richest Anymore
or
Mexican Takes over Bill Gates as The Richest Man

@ourktm – considering Bill Gates gives away more then half of his income every year to those in need – I seriously doubt there is any bit of jealousy on his part…
