That is not even spencer’s website, so does he care, he genuinely wants us to see it. where as if you see pushpinerbagga’s comments, they are almost always on his own stories pointing to his site(i am aware, not this one). He is purely here for traffic, he comments on his stories because he wants more traffic. I hope you understand.

and in my first comment it was not about not commenting, it was about insulting indianpad and commenting in a way as to degrade Indianpad.

You almost don’t ever post anything excepts yeeeee.com, which is absolutly Okay, and I am a huge fan of that blog but what the hell why can’t pushpinder promote his work and sometimes some stories are so good that you want to comment and want others to see it. I post so many stories which are not even from my own site and they don’t ever get published so sometimes I get mad and comment. Cuz those same stories I submit to digg are getting more then 80 or 50 votes

If your posts don’t get coments, then you need to change the pattern. Same thing happens to me all the time – about 70% of my stories never see the light of the day on front page.

I know that user pushpinderbagga thinks of IP as a Content Mgmt System and that most people think of it as a revenue-generating system. I don’t agree with either view, but so what?

I just post things that I find interesting in the hope that others will find them interesting too, that’s all. If you are in it for the revenue, then your perspective will be quite different, but that’s OK.

However, I prefer to think of IP as a place to find interesting information (regardless of who’s blog it is fron or who posted it). That’s the only criterion I use to vote for something.

In a perfect world everyone will think like you. I only said the words I said above was to compare pushpinder and tollywood. Also look at me, I probably have only 10 out of a hundred from my website remixconcepts, but no they dont ever get posted. Just couple days back I got pissed. Because 5 days ago I posted some 5 awesome stories, on friday I checked they still sit on 2 or 1 votes. Then I say instead of commenting I got to show my potential, so I go out there and post 5 more awesome stories, hoping by saturday something should get published. It is monday not a single story from my last ten cool submissions have gotten published. And I post the same things on digg, take a look.

So the problem is lack of users not IndianPad as a whole.

Admit this that you guys cant make it on homepage of DIGG and at the end of day IP is the only place u come back to. Lots of users here start protecting IP as soon as someone points out something.

I think both parties are wrong and right in some way, you guys need to chill and wait for your stories to get published. Like what do you expect from a bunch of 10 daily active users who vote regularly, should they like vote for 200 stories every day.

Problem is not IP, the problem is We The People (Indian) . Cause we are still not that big in numbers as bloggers or webusers from other countries are .

If you are not getting votes then don’t moan about it, its not like people are ignoring your stories.. it’s just the number of users voting is far less than number of users posting.

So yeah take a chill pill guys, and don’t fight everyday over stupid things…
