In a breakthrough development today Goa police claim to have cracked British teenager Scarlett Keeling’s murder case.

Police say investigations reveal the teenager died due to drug overdose and drowning. It is believed Placido alias
Shanuboy overdosed and raped Scarlett. Shanuboy was arrested last night and has been charged with rape and murder.

Meanwhile Keeling’s advocate says big names are involved. He also said Scarlett was a victim of power nexus.

Sources say action will be taken against guilty cops.
