Afghanistan has blamed a “foreign intelligence agency” for the bomb attack on the Indian embassy in Kabul—a veiled accusation against Pakistan’s spy agency the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). India has said time for “insinuation” is over and the ISI must be destroyed. “The ISI needs to be destroyed. There might have been some tactical restraint for some time (but) obviously that restraint is no longer present,” National Security Advisor M K Narayanan said on Saturday.
