Sikhs of the Kashmir valley have urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to initiate diplomatic efforts with the Pakistan government for the reconstruction of the historic Gurdwara of sixth Sikh Guru, Hargobind located in Naloochhi village near Muzaffarabad in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
