P. Sainath is one of the best journalists that our country has produced. The best part in the video was the part when he says that a journalist cannot withdraw from his ‘duties’ just by saying that the demand is for crappy news on bollywood and entertainment industry. The quality of news on the 24 × 7 news channels is deteriorating so rapidly. I think the days of 30 mins news on Doordarshan were better than this.

India has definitely made progress. But, Sainath is true in saying that the media only reports news coming from the 30 percent section of the community. The way this whole agrarian crisis has been kept away by the Indian media is one shameful episode.

hmm… well I would only say that … may god have mercy and nothing happen to me but if something wrong does does happen I would only get help from these people to bring it to light…
