I love roti but i cook rice as its fast and easy. I prefer roti if my wife is cooking

I hate tortilla’s and other ready made desi roti’s, they become papad when I heat them

BTW, the worst thing in kitchen is cleaning dishes .. any comments on that ?

You guys would love the rotis if I make.. (I know why you won’t if I cook rotis and you just relax and enjoy voting on Indianpad) .. Jokes apart, here is what I had cooked once.. I love cooking roti, because it becomes Gol Matol .. Read a post about my cooking

And here is the pic

Aloo-Pyaaj ki sabji, Roti, Rice, Pickle aur desi ghee .. mmmm!

Nice Abhijeet. Much better than whats cooking? section on my older blog. Things usually turned out black and burnt.

That was a nice recipe Ami, I am going today to my sasural. My mother-in-law makes a good “Daal ka Sheera”.. Now I cannot explain it exactly, but whoever is Maharashtrian here will probably understand. I heard it’s very difficult (many efforts) sweet dish, but I would ask her for the recipe tomorrow. :-)
