Yes devil, this is camtasia, and I upload it to screencast.com where you need an account to upload, also once you record don’t produce the video, go to edit. A option is provided to apply smart focus. Tinker with smart focus. 640×460 is a good size if its a tutorial…you can go smaller than that but not bigger…

We were the one to create rules, now we have to be the one to fix the bugs. Come up with something interesting, i am sure Indianpad will take a look into it.

When we have 100 votes to publish a story. Then 15-20 accounts crossvoting for each other will be insufficient.

So, what’s the conclusion? we need more loyalty from the users.

I agree with your conclusion – we do indeed need more loyalty from the users of this site.

However – when we realize (or rather realized – it’s in the past now) that there was a group of voters indulging in cross-voting and could not be normally stopped, we raised red flags, pointed out anomalies, ranted and raved…you get the picture.

There were a number of threads like this one – that were constructive attempts to try and improve things. We did receive a few words of encouragement from IndianPad too.

However, it’s been months and there is NO CONCRETE ACTION. The cross voters are no longer far away – they’re at our doorsteps now. Take a look at the Top Users list of recent time – if you haven’t recently done so.

In my opinion, it appears that IndianPad.com is doomed to failure due to inaction on the part of the (sole) moderator.
