The film, which stars Daniel Craig as James Bond, is the 22nd Bond-based adventure and cost £100 million to make. It took a massive £24 million in its first weekend.

However critics claim to have spotted as many as six continuity and factual errors that they say spoil the film.

In one of the chase scenes where Bond is driving his Aston Martin and is being pursued by an Alfa Romeo, one of the other cars is shown with Italian plates with a Vauxhall Corsa badge whereas in Italy all Vauxhalls are rebadged as Opels.

Another error occurs on the registration plates for the Austrian vehicles, which have the prefix code in the incorrect place.

Bollywood Hungama : Taran Adarsh : After a lacklustre performance in KIDNAP, Sanju is in elements in EMI. Remove him from the film and the movie would fall to abysmal levels. Arjun Rampal is natural. Urmila doesn’t really get scope. Malaika looks alluring, that’s it! Aashish Chowdhary and Neha Uberoi don’t look too believable. Kulbhushan Kharbanda stands out. It’s the goons, the Bhai’s henchmen, who add spice to the goings-on, especially Manoj Joshi, Snehal Dabhi and Dayashankar Pandey.

I personally think that the makers of the trendsetting DILWALE DULAHNIYA LE JAAENGE and the radical MOHABBATEIN failed to woo the audience in DRONA and KIDNAP.

It is but obvious that we are referring to the first look of the Aditya Chopra directed, Shah Rukh Khan starrer RAB NE BANA DI JODI that is shining the walls of many theatres and multiplexes. Not content with that, Yash Raj Films have also taken full page ads in Sunday’s National dailies, both in English and the Vernacular.

After Duplicate and Om Shanti Om it’s now Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi which will see Shah Rukh in a double role. According to sources, SRK will be seen in not one but two different avatars in Aditya Chopra’s much-awaited film. The film sees Aditya Chopra making a come back after eight long years.

It takes a lot of computer science geniuses and a lottttt of interactive media. You have got to see this trailer man, it looks awesome. This movie better be as good as the money put in this. Finally there is a flick I am excited to see after Heath Ledger’s performance in The Dark Knight.

But the screenplay is a complete mess. In fact, if at all there would be Razzies in Bollywood, the three writers of DRONA — Jaydeep Sarkar, Rohini Killough and Goldie Behl — should be nominated proto for coming up with a sloppy and slipshod screenplay.

The verdict is finally out. Aamir Khan’s directorial debut Taare Zameen Par, which won the hearts of audiences world over, has been selected as India’s official entry to the Oscars.

The heartwarming story of a dyslexic child (portrayed by Darsheel Safary) and his supportive teacher (played by Aamir himself) was both a critical and commercial success. Taare Zameen Par edged out competition such as Jodhaa Akbar and A Wednesday to be chosen as India’s official entry to the prestigious Academy awards.

Last time around Aamir Khan Productions’ Lagaan made it to the Final 5 nominated films in the Best Foreign Film category. Now producer-director Aamir Khan would be hoping that Taare Zameen Par not just finds a nomination in the Top 5, but also bags the coveted trophy.

Here’s wishing Aamir and the entire team of Taare Zameen Par heartiest congratulations and loads of luck for their Oscar campaign.

The movie being about the start of a major worldwide war (with a heavy use of technology too), this is seen in the first truck chase sequence. Just as John and the Terminator speed under the bridge that the T-1000 crashes into, a message on the bridge can be read which says “CAUTION 9-11”. The truck smashes right into it.
