    Search engines are not only part of our daily routine, they are

<p>
    The researchers, who sought to discover the underlying
    cognitive processes, examined the search habits of 72
    participants, spread over 426 such tasks.

    Connect Two Computers Directly
</p>
<p>
    There are two options – you can either buy a router or, if you
    are looking for something more simple and don’t want to spend
    money on new networking hardware, you can connect the two
    computers using a commonly-available cable. The latter method
    doesn’t involve any complicated network settings and you will
    still be able to share files, internet connection, and even
    printers between computers.

    Google is testing a new social search function to make it
    easier for people find their friends’ blogs and twitter feeds.
</p>
<p>
    The only catch is that users of the service need to have an
    open profile with Google that includes personal contact data.
</p>
<p>
    Once those conditions are met, the user can access the service
    at the Google Labs. Typing in “New York” will yield a list of
    friends in the user’s social network who have posted items from
    the Big Apple. Settings can be altered so that only postings
    from close friends and acquaintances are included in the
    “social graph.”

    Ever wonder where you stored a certain file on your computer?
    If you have the new Windows 7 or even Windows Vista on your
    computer, you won’t need any extra software to answer that
    question. The functionality already built into Windows 7 and
    Vista beats the performance offered by four free search
    programmes, the experts at Germany’s Computer Bild magazine
    found.
</p>
<p>
    Both Windows 7 and Vista scored above the best add-on
    programme. Windows 7 rated 2.84 on a scale of 1 to 5, with
    lower scores better than higher ones, and Vista rated 2.97. The

    Firefox has seen a wave of new users recently and the number of
    active monthly users has increased by 30 million over the past
    two months. This interesting piece of information came straight
    from Mozilla, more specifically from the <span class=
    "caps">CEO</span> of the Mozilla Corporation himself, John
    Lilly. According to ZDNet UK, this was confirmed by Mozilla
    Europe’s head Tristan Nitot as well.
</p>
<p>
    The announcement came in the form of a tweet sent out by Lilly
    in which he boasts that the web browser has been doing great
    for the past eight weeks attracting 30 million new monthly
    users and bringing up the total to around 330 million. This
    isn’t an exact measurement as Mozilla does a bit of estimating
    to arrive at the figure. Still, it is based on solid numbers,
    Firefox’s daily active users, which are now at around 113
    million up from 103 million.

    Turkeys are the mainstay of our Thanksgiving feast. Maybe it’s
    their awkward gait, the wobbly red wattles under their necks,
    or the strange sounds they make, but turkeys have gained a
    reputation for being stupid creatures. Some people even use the
    word “turkey” to mean inept or stupid.
</p>
<p>
    Perhaps the “dumb bird” reputation is the reason behind the
    tale that during a rainstorm, turkeys will stare up at the sky
    with their beaks hanging open, transfixed, until they drown.
    Although turkeys sometimes do tilt their heads up at the sky
    and remain there for several moments, scientists say the idea
    that turkeys drown that way is just a myth.

    This tutorial is useful for people who are not good with
    photoshop or other image editing softwares. Most of the tracker
    invite forums will ask you for ratio proofs when giving away
    invites to high level sites. If you don’t have a good ratio you
    will never get your invites. All you can do is steal ratio
    screen from other forums but that is not going to help if your
    inviter asks you to write his name on the url or search bar. I
    will show you how to make fake ratio screens without using
    photoshop and yes you can also put your inviter name easily in
    the url/search bar using this method.

    Each day millions of commuters across the world wait for a bus
    or a train, wondering when it will arrive. Now a group of

    bus or train will be at your stop.

    The Sandora Prototype 1.0 is a tracking system which sends live
    timetable information and a Google Map showing the location of
    the vehicle, direct to mobile phones by <span class=

    Couple of days ago I wrote about the five reason why we should
    download and install the latest version of Firefox, version
    3.5. I upgraded browser on personal laptop to Firefox 3.5 and
    the browsing experience is more fun than ever.
</p>
<p>
    As there is lot of value addition in the new version, I
    upgraded Firefox at work place too. All the fun with the new
    browser ended when I saw a flashing message showing Firebug
    plugin is not compatible with the new version of Firefox. I
    extensively use Firebug for web development and without that
    web development came to stand still. I was left with no option
    other than downgrading Firefox 3.5 to 3.0.
