A high-school dropout Rafi Alam has designed a battery-run two-wheeler which uses both solar and wind energy to charge up.

It’s a button operated scooter there is only electric circuit working. There is a solar panel which charges the battery and this drives the motor which in turn drives the scooter,’‘ he says.
