Offer or no offer, everything remains the same, including the T&C and second year renewals…by using the code you only benefit one year free domain, if you succeed with that domain, obviously you will renew it, if not just leave it as you are not entering your credit card or billing details, you got nothing to lose…

T & C of GoDaddy are not a problem. The sponsoring site T & C says that they have all the rights on the the information we provide to them….that’s what I was worried.
